Sounds enVision: this is my complimentary healing + craft event series where we utilize sound therapy + reiki to help you unwind into your parasympathetic/”rest-and-digest” nervous system, allowing you to use the frequencies to envision your creative expression

sound bath + lion’s gate inspired craft: mini vision board, manifestation letter to future self (who already has what you want/is who you want to be), and a candle to light at home for yourself ✨

🎧 sound bath + reiki ~30min-45min (please bring a yoga matt or a blanket to feel comfy while we lie down)

💌 will have decor supplies but feel free to bring your own crafty scraps, your journals (if you’d rather junk journal), board of your sizing desire (but I will have mini and bigger sizes available)

✨ intuitive typewriter poet & tarot reader will be onsite for you to purchase a poem and reading
